A restocking fee of 20% plus shipping applies to all returns.
No returns can be made without an RMA number.
No returns are allow after 14 business days of purchase.
Software opened and installed cannot be returned but may be exchanged if damaged.
Any disputes shall be handled by mediation by an appointed mediator in Ada, County, Idaho.
All litigation shall be conducted within Ada, County, Idaho wherein the statues with the State of Idaho shall apply.
