This version of these products are intended for use in North America with the NTSC standard. These versions of the products is also specifically intended for commercial use and your current TriCaster unit and license should reflect that fact in order receive this pricing for the upgrade.

Because this upgrade requires you to send in your original equipment and license information, please follow these instructions to purchase your upgrade:

1. Contact AWPdigital.com to purchase your TriCaster upgrade.

2. AWPdigital.com will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

3. Follow these instructions for returning your original unit:

• Be certain your data is backed up before returning the unit.
• Double Box Package the unit carefully and make sure it has padding and is secure.
• Insure the package.

4. Upon receiving your unit, the new upgrade unit will be registered and shipped to you.
